2012 CST International launches its touchscreen mobile tablet device guest surveys VEOS-mobile.
2010 CST International launches its Tellfree.com mobile survey application for restaurants in Saudi Arabian hotel restaurants.
2010 CST launches its online Casino Feedback Service in Florida's biggest casinos.
2009 CST launches its online Employee Engagement Study surveying 12,000 hotel employees in fifteen countries and nine languages and achieving an 80% response rate.
2008 CST International launches Video Enhanced Online Survey combining video with online surveys.
2008 CST International (Americas) signs contracts to provide visitor feedback on the Caribbean islands of Turks & Caicos and Anguilla. These are the first contracts entered into by CST Americas. System used will be CSTSCREEN (Version 2.1) using Samsung Q1 ultra mobile touch screen PCs as the means of collection.
2007 CST International establishes operating arm in the United States in association with the Freeman Group of Richardson, Texas (www.freemangroup.org).
2006 CST International becomes founder member of Worldwide Resource consortium. Worldwide Resource is a group of independent companies providing a range of linked services to the global hospitality industry (www.worldwideresource.com).
2004 CST International signs licence agreement with the Perseus Corporation of Braintree, Mass enabling CST International to enter the online feedback market.
2003 CST Europe changes name to CST International to reflect increasingly international nature of business following the awarding of EMEA-wide contracts from major chains including Radisson SAS and Mövenpick.
2002 CST Europe launches CSTSCREEN (Version 1.1) Electronic Feedback at point-of-service.
2000 CST Corporation in Dallas merges with Unifocus Llp. In order to maintain full operational independence.CST Europe buys-out Tech Card licence rights in perpetuity from CST Corporation.
2000 CST Europe launch Internet reporting through password protected websites.
1999 Hayes repays original BES investors who show a 50% (approx) gain on their original investment. Company is now fully independent and is majority owned by its operational management.
1997 CST Europe wins first major international contract following selection by Holiday Inn EMEA (now Intercontinental Hotels Group) to provide its guest feedback system for the Group's hotels in Europe, Middle East & Africa. Contract commences with 284 hotels rising to 900 over six years.
1994 Paddy Hayes launches Customer Survey Technologies Europe (CST Europe). Hayes raises approximately $750,000 in a private placing under the Business Expansion Scheme (BES). As part of fundraising Hayes concludes licence agreement with CST Corporation of Dallas, Texas to enable CST Europe to market the Tech Card® patent protected split questionnaire in the licensed territories. CST Europe commences trading in September 1994.

CST International (Customer Survey Technologies International Limited) is a Private Limited Company (Registered Number 203683) established in Dublin in Ireland in 1994. Its purpose is to provide Customer Satisfaction Feedback for organisations operating in high service-dependent sectors anywhere in the world.
Now in its fifteenth year in business the company is still majority owned by its operational management. Enterprise Ireland (the State Body Charged With Developing Irish Industry) remains an investor holding its stake on behalf of the Government of Ireland.
