CST AMERICAS
In June 2007 Freeman Group of Richardson, Texas and CST International announced their intention to establish a joint venture company based in Richardson. The new company would offer the full range of CST International’s guest satisfaction tracking systems to the markets served by Freeman in North America, South America and the Caribbean.
The new company is under the overall leader ship of Bill Freeman. The agreement to establish the company is part of a decision by the two company principals (Freeman and Hayes) to bring their companies closer together so that both their clients could benefit from the two companies’ offerings. As part of the background to this both also became founder members of the Worldwide Resource consortium.
In North America Freeman Group has earned a reputation as a first class provider of hospitality related services. The company offers mystery shopping, training and standards. To that is added guest satisfaction, meaning that the full gamut of measurement services is available under one roof.
Early clients of CST International in the Americas include the islands of Turks & Caicos and Anguilla.
