Customer Survey Technologies International


CST International is a private company established in Dublin, Ireland in 1994. Its purpose, to provide customer satisfaction feedback for companies operating throughout Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. To date CST International has reported on the customer experience in thousands of sites in 68 countries, on 3 continents and in 24 languages.

Brief History

* 1994 Paddy Hayes launches CST Europe. The company raises approximately $750,000 in a private placing, concludes licence agreement with CST Corp of Dallas, Texas. Commences formal trading on April 5th 1995.

* 1997 CST Europe gain first major international contract when appointed by Holiday Inn EMEA (now Intercontinental Hotels Group) to manage customer feedback across the Group's hotels in Europe, Middle East & Africa.

* 2000 CST Europe launch Internet reporting through password protected websites. On merger of CST Corp with Unifocus Llp CST Europe buys-out licence rights in perpetuity from CST Corp.

* 2001 CST Europe appointed by Radisson/SAS (now Rezidor/SAS) Hotels & Resorts to manage customer satisfaction feedback throughout the Rezidor/SAS network encompassing Radisson/SAS, Park Inn and Country Inn brands.

* 2002 CST Europe launch Orchard Electronic Collection at point-of-service.

* 2003 CST Europe changes name to CST International to reflect increasingly international nature of business.

* 2004 CST International signs licence agreement with the Perseus Corporation of Braintree, Mass enabling CST International to market the range of Perseus online feedback products to its customers.

* 2005 CST International enters into alliance with Ocucom of New Jersey, USA to market Ocucom's new ocular surveys throughout EMEA.

Now over ten years in business the company is still majority owned by its operational management. Enterprise Ireland (the state body charged with developing Irish industry) remains an investor holding its stake on behalf of the Government of Ireland.
