Since our launch in 1994, CST has majored in the hospitality sector working with hotel companies large and small on three continents. We are one of the very few European-based specialist guest satisfaction tracking companies with truly international hotel experience specialising in online feedback systems, measuring and analysing guest opinion and employee engagement. So we like to think we know customer feedback, the way a sailor knows the sea, a farmer the land.
Our days are spent speaking and listening to the people who manage the hotels, staff the front desks, organise the accommodation. We study the thousands of detailed responses we receive every month to determine exactly what it is that really matters, the things you need to continue doing to ensure customer loyalty, the things you should start doing, things to avoid.
CST have a tradition of innovation and exploration. In 2008 we celebrated the launch of our hugely innovative Video Enhanced Online Survey (VEOS), the first by a major hotel chain to incorporate video in a guest survey.
We may not be the biggest market research agency in this business as you may not be the world's biggest hotel chain...but that wouldn't be a reason not to stay with you now, would it?
